"I reached out to this company for a sump pump upgrade and a cracked wall repair. The technician who did my install was very polite and informative. "Good, except they didn’t mention the $675 rebate from the state of Delaware. When I brought it up they did verify it. I got the feeling that they didn’t want to fill out the paperwork unless the customer asked. That said, I still haven’t heard anything about the rebate from them or the State. Also there was no follow up after the technicians installed the unit to find out if everything was OK or if I was satisfied. I don’t think I would use them in the future."

"They did a great job! Always on time, always were very respectful of our home and of us, and always cleaned up well at the end of each day. We loved working especially with Richard, who is so talented at masonry, woodworking, electrical, plumbing.
