"Service was great from sales, to installation, to post installation support. Very responsive, very professional. It's hard to find in this 'space'--there are a lot of shady people in basement water damage/repair, and this place exceeded expectations. We've had our repair in place for 4+ years, with only 1 small issue on a wall seam crack, and that was fixed within 24 hours of reporting the issue. Stand up place! "Good, except they didn’t mention the $675 rebate from the state of Delaware. When I brought it up they did verify it. I got the feeling that they didn’t want to fill out the paperwork unless the customer asked. That said, I still haven’t heard anything about the rebate from them or the State. Also there was no follow up after the technicians installed the unit to find out if everything was OK or if I was satisfied. I don’t think I would use them in the future."

"They did a great job! Always on time, always were very respectful of our home and of us, and always cleaned up well at the end of each day.
