They did an excellent job and really knew what they were doing. They covered an existing wall with a field stone look and it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Great. The company provided a quick estimate, didn't over promise or offer things they don't specialize in, and completed the work in a couple of days. It's been nearly a year and the work is holding up well.

Everything went as I was expecting. Very pleased with contractor. Would hire them again. They attached a type of mesh backing for applied masonry material to adhere to. Applied masonry substance, after curing a short while began sculpting the selected looked desired. In this case, it was a field stone look. A coloring type dye was applied for desired color. Once completed I was instructed on when and how to trim away excess material around cut-outs i.e. switches, receptacles, audio box, etc., whatever’s located on the wall. I would hire New Castle Artisan again.

It went very well, and looks authentic. They finished within their time frame. Also, they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They did a very nice job.

First, let me say that the prompt answering of the phone and the punctuality of the estimator was so surprising.  We were used to contractors who are late or don't show up.  After the estimate, we priced other contractors and even after getting a proposal for a few hundred dollars less, we decided to give NCA a try based upon their experience and knowledge. We just felt more comfortable with our rep.  She was very informative and on the ball.
The process took the exact 3 days as promised, on the dates promised.  This was particularly helpful because we wanted to be there on the design day to custom pick our coloring and design and had taken off of work. 
The end result has made us so happy!  We didn't realize until we found this company's ad that we could upgrade our home in such a quick and clean manner.  It didn't even look like we had any contractors on our property when they left.  It was like a magic transformation.
