"Work done on time, neatly, and efficiently. Did not disrupt our routine. Area is clean and upgraded. It is something that does not show itself, but we know the importance of this thing. We have an old, old field stone basement and water is always an issue. The new pit is larger and should cut down on wear for the pump, a battery backup system that give peace of mind for the power outages that come usually in heavy and crazy storms, as Baltimore sometimes gets these."

"Our foundation was seriously compromised due to water intrusion. Steve responded quickly and gave us an estimate at a great price. He was knowledgeable and informative. "This was my first experience using an outside contractor for services. Although nervous in the beginning, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the results in the end. The workmanship was top quality. The employees were professional, curtious and easy to work with. The work was done in a timely manner and the site was left clean and neat.
