"Our 25-year-old Heat Pump in Rehoboth Beach went down on a Saturday in mid-August and needed to be quickly replaced. After a few days of researching Heat Pump equipment & potential local providers, and eliciting multiple formal bids, we selected Mikeâ s HVAC. We are completely pleased. For higher brand reliability, higher SEER2 ratings, and quieter noise levels than what other bidders were offering. The time from Agreement till installation was amazing. We met with Mikeâ s on the Monday after the Saturday failure. The Heat Pump installation was completed by Wednesday.
