After a few days of researching Heat Pump equipment & potential local providers, and eliciting multiple formal bids, we selected Mikeâ s HVAC. We are completely pleased. The equipment they offer is Bryant, among the most reliable and quietest. Their bid was the lowest of the other bids we received. For higher brand reliability, higher SEER2 ratings, and quieter noise levels than what other bidders were offering. Their bid was about 50% lower than one well-known national HVAC provider for essentially the same level of equipment. There were no surprises on the final bill; it was the same as their bid. The time from Agreement till installation was amazing. We met with Mikeâ s on the Monday after the Saturday failure. The Heat Pump installation was completed by Wednesday. We were also appreciative of the accuracy of their understanding of federal Tax Credits and potential Delaware Utility Rebates given our situation. We recommend this vendor highly."
