"Our project was a 14' x 14' screened porch. We selected Scott SCS from other contractors based on the interview, his knowledge, understanding of the project, and communication skills. He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. We are so very pleased with the work that was done, which was completed in a very efficient, highly professional manner. We have had several people in the construction trade tour the home and comment that they were very impressed at the quality of the workmanship and professional manner in which it was completed. No shortcuts were taken or corners cut. Ted was very easy to work with from start to finish. He worked with my wife and me on all key decisions, always pointing out what was coming next and when he would need our decisions. Ted is also a very fair and honest man. HIs quote was his quote.
