"His work was outstanding in all respects. He was completely trustworthy.  His price was right in the middle of all the estimates I got. In my case he stuck to his estimate but he didn't find any unexpected damage while he was working either. He did the job in 4 hours less than quoted maximum time frame. I'd have no hesitation in recommending his services are using his services again.

"So I been longing to get my basement bathroom done and was very skeptical because I wasn’t sure what I wanted and wasn’t sure if it would come out right…so I searched for a contractor only to find Link Brothers home improvement… Again still skeptical about the finishing look so I crossed my fingers and went with them and when I say I was by far the happiest woman beyond measure… The job they performed and the amount of time was amazing I was ecstatic and I am truly in love with my bathroom…. So if you ask me, with hands down I will recommend Link Brothers Home Improvement with no hesitation!!!"

"It was very frustrating because of delays, he told me it would take about 2-3 weeks initially, and took well over 3 months.  It was very difficult to get a hold of this provider, and to get them out on the dates that were scheduled.   We live in a community with a Home Owners Associations and needed documents in order to do our project, which took over a month to get turned in.  I have since tried to get a hold of the provider regarding our windows not working properly, but still have yet to receive a phone call back.  It is disappointing that this company will not return my phone calls after the job has already been paid for. "

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Balancing aesthetics with functionality amidst space planning is important. To do so, you could consider consulting both an interior designer and an architect to fulfill both these needs. Or you can tackle it on your own by prioritizing personal touches amidst space planning that add to the look but don't take away from the livability of the space.

You likely need to hire an architect for your new house design and build, unless you have the design skills and experience with building regulations and standards needed to get your plans approved. If you are able to meet the design requirements, you can hire a draftsperson to create the blueprints for the builders to follow.

The process involves initial consultation, concept development, detailed planning, regulatory approvals, and integration of contractor work for project execution.

When conducting space planning, building codes and regulations need to be considered. As long as you are taking them into account and discussing them with the architect, you should be able to do your space planning appropriately.

Buying a house is easier than building one from scratch. Buying an existing home is almost always faster, even if you need to make renovations once you move in. When you hire the right team to build a home, they will simplify the design and build phases so that there is little guesswork throughout the process, but building new construction will almost always take longer than buying an existing home.
