He removed all the railings, decking and the access ramp to the deck and is great at noticing all the details.  We did not need to replace the joists and supports, but they were covered with mold/mildew.  Terry suggested the existing structure be power washed prior to rebuilding the deck.  He replaced the ramp with a new staircase and landing.  The staircase is more solid than the rock of Gibraltar even though we live at the beach and it is built on a sand dune.  In fact, every visitor has commented just how solid and how beautiful the new structure is.  All the deck planks which are trex select are tight.  Every deck screw used is in line like the edge of a ruler.  All corners are sharp and well cut. The railings are solid and secure.  Terry is not just a builder, he is a craftsman in the old world tradition.  He treated our home like it was his own and the project like he was doing it for his own family.  Terry will make suggestions regarding details to make the project better while realizing he is spending your money.  He does not push things on you but educates you as to why other options might be a better way of doing things.  His clean up is beyond reproach.  If it weren't for the finished project, you would not know he had been there except that the area might just be a bit neater than when he started.  We are getting ready to do our next project and are looking forward to having Terry do it.  He is not just a builder, he is our builder.

He was very meticulous about each job he did.  He went out of his way to help me pick flooring bringing samples and cost.  I went to store and was able to  see a big piece and purchased my self and he pick up the flooring saving me money by not having store deliver    

He gave me measurements of vanity and top I picked out one that I liked sent him a picture and he checked to make sure the measurement and quality + price was good.  Again he picked up the set.

When it came to take out toilet we found that the floor was un level so he made it level and installed the toilet with no problems.

2 years ago,  I flooded my master bath vanity, flooring and bedroom flooring as well.  When he came out we talked about what I thought I wanted (price tag high).  With his expertise we were able to cut the price way down.  He went out of his way to find a way to cut the cost of a new stone shower.    He found a company that refurbished showers he knew and set up a meeting for them to come out.  He was there with me to hear what the person had to say.  Lucky me I hired the co and my shower is like new again - saved me 3K.

He gave me Measurements and vanity makers he thought would be good and last.  I was able to show him all vanity's I picked as well as tops which helped me make the correct decision. He also put down new flooring for bathroom and bedroom that we picked together.

He also put toilet in master bath as well.

I would not use anyone else.
