I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. "Our project was a 14' x 14' screened porch. We selected Scott SCS from other contractors based on the interview, his knowledge, understanding of the project, and communication skills. He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the finish porch and I would highly recommend SCS. They are a 10 in every category."

No shortcuts were taken or corners cut. Ted was very easy to work with from start to finish. He worked with my wife and me on all key decisions, always pointing out what was coming next and when he would need our decisions. Ted is also a very fair and honest man. HIs quote was his quote.
