The sales person came in on time but he was not interested in listening to what we wanted. He had very limited choice of wood floors and only two choices of carpets. Who talks to customers like that? when we said we need to think this over since we have a few more estimates to check, he said we have to decide immediately . We wanted him to leave the estimate so that we could think it over. He declined and left. What a waste of time!
