"They were extremely professional leaving the work area at the end of the day cleaner than when they started. He was extremely patient with installing the backsplash making it perfectly straight even around windows and corners. "Pick up was within 1 hr of scheduled time , drop off was several days later than estimated. This is a very specialized service so I do not have a benchmark for the price, So I don't know if it was a good value, but the carpets look great."
