Even we decided to make some changes/ modifications to the contract and he did accommodate us. This company stand tall. During the siding job, my solar company was over charging me to remove some stuff before the siding. Sensible home product guy (Jeremy ) the owner brought in a qualified electrician to come and do the job for 30% less that what the solar company was charging.
