Working with Lakefront Legacy Floors was an excellent experience from start to finish. After a recent home renovation my main shower began to leak. They were able to identify the issue and properly replace the flooring while salvaging the rest of my shower. Jarius was kind, professional, and a great communicator throughout the process. The work was done rather quick which was very much appreciated due to the emergency of having no shower, and they left the redone bathroom nicely cleaned up. 10/10 service. Would highly recommend for bathroom remodels and will be keeping in touch with them for future projects. Thank you for your wonderful work!

Amazing!! We hired Jarius and his team refinish our floors and bring them back to life! He worked within our budget and was in the house in no time, which was great because we were on a time crunch! I cannot say enough good things about lakefront legacy floors! Our floors look brand new!

Jarius and his installer Carlos did an absolute phenomenal job in our house. We had old original carpeting that was ripped out and replaced with new luxury vinyl flooring. I was worried it would have that hollow ?pop? sound as you walk on it but Jarius knows his stuff! He assured us we would be in love and we are. They were timely, considerate, and the install of 460sq ft of flooring took a few hours start to finish! Might have been a few too many cups of coffee we gave Carlos- but I think it?s just professionalism and skill! 16 out of 10 to Jarius and his guys. Pretty tough to find quality of product- quality of install- and reasonable price but Jarius checks all the boxes. I won?t hire anyone else to do flooring and I?ll refer him to everyone I know. The job was done very quickly from initial visit until completion. The owner was able to visit my place within 2 days of first contact and schedule the work within 7-10 days. Very amicable and personable, with no hard sell. I would hire them again without question. The actual carpet install was completed in less than three hours and it looks great.

Jarius, the owner of the company, was wonderful to work with. He answered every question quickly and thoroughly and listened to our needs and suggestions. The men he hired to do the actual installation were amazing. They worked together as a team and the work was done quickly, efficiently and to perfection. We are impressed! Jarius has performed several projects for me, floor refinishing, carpet, and even a custom subfloor request for our commercial business. Reliable. Does what he says and says what he does. I appreciate when given a timeline, it is adhered to and completed reliably. Jarius isn't one of those contractors that you have to worry about if they're actually going to show up or not. I've also recommended him to family and their experiences were also positive, which you should not take that lightly because I don't typically make it a habit to personally recommend someone as I take my reference and credibility seriously.
