"They did an amazing job. They were very professional, prompt, thorough and efficient. They were clear in how they would be proceeding in removing the tree and at the end did a great job in cleaning up. I would highly recommend. and, intend to contract their service in the future."

"The service was fantastic. I had a tree down that needed to be cut up & removed. They showed up on time, worked quickly and did a quick cleanup after. Their fee was reasonable and I cannot say how impressed I was with their service."

"Phones call was returned quickly and an appointment was set up to provide a quote . Appointment was delayed but was communicated that someone would still be arriving. Impressed that Casey arrived and wore a mask while inspecting the 12 trees I wanted removed. He provided a quote and gave me a possible date of service. I requested a service date two weeks after and he said that date was available. He explained how and what would occur and it would take 2 days to cut the 12 trees. On the day of my appointment, Casey and the crew arrived and immediately set up the equipment and started to work. My neighbor was so impressed with Lazer Scapes that he hired them to cut one of his trees that bordered my property. Within 1.5 days, Lazer Scapes had cut a total of 13 trees and cleaned up the yard of all the debris from cutting these trees. Lazer Scapes speed and efficiency was top notch and did not disappoint. I have already referred them to 3 of my friends. Thank you Casey, Tyler and crew for an exceptional job that was well done."

"YG Outdoor Services removed over a dozen trees, mostly 50-75’ tall. We hired them after a microburst took down one tree but damaged many more on our large property. They were incredibly efficient and removed the trees with skill. They returned to grind the stumps to clean up the property. Their work included cutting down trees which had snapped due to the storm and were dangerously hung up on other trees (aka widow makers). I would hire them again for any tree work or cleanup needed. Great team."

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

Cutting down a dead tree is always strongly advisable. Aside from being an eyesore, a dead tree can be extremely hazardous, especially when it’s near people or structures. Even if the tree isn’t near your home, it can still harbor pests and diseases that can potentially spread to nearby plants and homes.

Many consider the Fraser fir to be the most popular type of Christmas tree, but which type of tree sells out near you can depend on region and decorating trends that year. For example, the Leyland cypress is especially popular in the Southeast, according to the National Christmas Tree Association.

There are a few general rules to follow that will help you prune your trees correctly. One of the most important rules is to prune during the correct season for the type of tree you have. Typically, pruning should be during late winter. For younger trees, you should not remove more than a ⅓ of the tree's crown when pruning. Also, remember to remove dead and diseased branches first, then proceed with pruning the rest of the tree.

In most cases, your neighbor is responsible for roots from their tree that cause damage to your property. If your pavement, the foundation of your home, or a fence is damaged by roots from a neighbor’s tree, you likely will have legal recourse for financial relief. While it’s better to notify your neighbor of any problems you notice as soon as they arise to avoid costly damage, there are some instances where filing a civil suit is your only recourse. Your homeowner’s insurance company might wish to do so on your behalf if you file a claim.

The exact answer to this question depends on which region of the country you’re talking about, but according to various tree counts, some of the most common types of trees in the United States include red maple, Douglas fir, quaking aspen, loblolly pine, and sweetgum.
