Absolutely 100 percent! There is simply no end to the work for your home this business can't do, Cleanest windows! My rugs looked brand new, he checked my gutter on 2nd floor and removed the lint in my dryer vent outside to prevent a fire, now I'm looking forward to power wash my house! I'm a landlord and he's one stop shopping for me! Very professional, timely, I shopped around and he's the fairest pricing too. Thank you Guys A+++++, I'm telling all my friends.

The prep work was good, cleaning was sufficient, was told it would take 8 hours to dry, but as I did with a prior cleaning company I went over the rug with my personal rug cleaner to check and see how much water was leftover. I was surprised how much more dirt not stains were left in the carpet, along with water. Carpet Started drying faster after that. Recommendation, increased suction, and slow down and let the vacuum, vacuum. Sent pictures to company, Pictures are worth a thousand words.

"Incorrect square footage,areas as well as moving of furniture: Spoke extensively on the phone Customer stated that it was only 12x15 area and just want the exposed carpet area to be cleaned. Upon arrival I measured all areas and was double the size as he previously mentioned and requested all furniture to be moved. I recommended to replace all carpeting & padding: I also inspected his extremely old ,stained and smelly carpeting and informed him that he should have all carpeting and padding replaced as it will be impossible to clean as well as be able to get the strong stench out of carpet and padding. He stated he understood and just do the best we can and that is exactly what we did. Large amounts of mice nests & feces on all furniture & rooms: Upon moving his furniture we found large amounts of mice nests and mice feces under all the old clothing that was strewn all over furniture and room. I informed him that I rather not vacuum up the nests and feces with our vacuum but if he had one we would use his, which we did for him. Price: Restoration cleaning job such as this would cost more: I informed him that we will have to be aggressive as possible in order to attempt to get the carpeting as clean as possible. I informed him that a job like this and square footage would normally be in $225 or more but only charged him $150. We did the best anyone would or could with these impossible conditions of the customers carpets. We should have refused the job?: Even after discussing and setting expectations with the customer, Maybe we should have walked away and refused to clean after inspecting the extreme conditions? But we get the job done for all our customers and did not want to walk away as he wanted us to do our best. I just wish the customer was more forth coming and accurate in all the facts. We bent over backwards and went above and beyond for this customer and he was as all happy and grateful upon completion of the job…. ? We will keep moving forward and do what we do best, providing the best cleaning and customer service at the lowest price possible for all our customers! We thank you all for the 30 plus years of loyalty!"

My wife a I recently purchased a home in the Westfield area. We called Scotty and he responded immediately. The fact that they timely responded to our call was refreshing in todays times. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Scotty, Fred and Tom showed up the next day on time and washed the outside of the house, cleaned all of the gutters, washed all of the windows inside and out, including all of the windowsills and cleaned the screens. The house shines. Amazing how nice the house looks. They took great care and pride in there work. They even put on cloth booties when they came in the house. They are extremely professional, courteous, and aim to please. They have good equipment to do the job properly. It's nice to see a business that cares about delivering quality service to make their customers happy. Scott even followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you Scotty and the guys for all you did to refresh the house so it stands out on the street for the right reason. Their prices are reasonable and fair, the work was GREAT like the name. Scott and The Great White Cleaning Company are the best choice for inside and outside window cleaning and more. My house has large and high windows that are normally unreachable and I haven't been able to clean them for years. After an afternoon with Scott and his team, they were sparkling!! Along with Scott, his employees Tom and Bob are extremely competent and friendly. They cover their shoes when inside and take great pride in their work. We've been using them for years now to clean our windows and also flush the gutters, carpet cleaning, and fixture shining. Turns out they can handle all sorts of cleaning issues, both inside and outside of your home. The Great White Cleaning Company is on my calendar as an annual appointment to keep my house refreshed and properly maintained. Excellent work-- I can't recommend them enough!
