"Thank you for your kind words, enjoyed creating a space for your husband to live comfortably in. Yes older homes, plaster walls, outdated plumbing as well electrical makes it difficult. After all the updates the house now is save and sound which is our company's policy.."
"Enjoyed working at your residence, and apreachiate your review."
"The Member contacted us through Angie's List to replace a set of garage stairs leading into the house for his mother in law. I asked if he could provide me with photographs of the project. Two days later I provided the member a price. He agreed and I meet with his wife and mother in law, to sign the contract at his mother in law's residence. During our meeting I listened to his mother in laws concerns and likings. Our conversation also included a history of the preexisting stairs that had been built by her husband many years ago and never completed. Throughout the job she came out several times to look at the progress and confirmed that it was to her liking, She also expressed excitement over the fact that she was able to descend the stairs in a safe manner. The member contacted me the same evening, after the completion, and asked about the gap under the door. I explained that it is by code, except that drywall was missing, which created a gap. He was advised that after the completion of his job I would come and install a white board to make up for the missing drywall and matching the screen door."
