An apprentice and a veteran arrived punctually. Since the apprentice was doing most of the work, the basement got messy, but they cleaned that up. I asked twice to not track dirt on the carpeting, but they left 2 mud spots. I felt I was overcharged.

This guy (Phil is his name) is the best! Came the day after my call as arranged. Got right to work and had our main line cleared out within the hour. It turned out we had a bunch of roots growing into it, as I suspected. He is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot from him. Highly recommended!

Phil was wonderful. I called him around noon, left a message and he called back within 45 minutes. He was going to come in a few hours but I wasn't able to be home at that time. So he came first thing in the morning. The clog was in a collecting tube in the basement. He was able to clear the clog quickly. But wanted to snake to the street to make sure there was not another clog. We were very impressed that he wanted to make sure everything was clear. He was done in about two hours and offered to clean up the basement with bleach and water. Unfortunately the next day it clogged up again. I called and Phil got back to me very quickly. Phil came out within a few hours and cleared a little more debris that he said could have fallen off of the snake when it was pulled back. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. He cleaned up the basement with bleach and water for me and didn't charge me anything. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. He gave me suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again. Overall it was a great experience. I would call him again.

Great service. Upfront and low prices. On time too.
