Even though our roof was much steeper than he usually works on he agreed to replace the glass in our three skylights. He did an excellent job and I couldn't be more thrilled. They are prompt and professional and both him and his son Nick are two of the kindest human beings I ever met. In short it was because of companies or people that install roofs that don't care about their work that care about ripping off unsuspecting customers.
