They were able to repair the siding, coordinate carpenrty work and replace the roof so the house looks better than it did before it was damaged. After calling over 5 different roofing companies Modern Roofing was the only one who got on the roof and did a throughout assessment and took the time to explain in details what we needed. I would like to give a big shout out to Jay, who provided us with a quote to replace our roof. He did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire project. His team did an outstanding job replacing our roof. They protected our landscaping and did a thorough clean up after roof installation was complete. The team arrived promptly in the morning and worked tirelessly that day until the job was complete. They were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Modern Roofing. This company did impressive work! We needed to have our roof assessed for a recent problem with a leak. Starting from the estimate, they were the only company of many we interviewed that actually went on the roof. Their analysis was that while the roofing was of an age to be replaced, the problem was probably the result of some failing flashing and workmanship around our dormers, so their pricing estimate included that. Even with this work included they were very competitive. Working with the project coordinator Jay (who is also the individual who went on the roof and provided the estimate, and was onsite throughout the entire project! ), he kept us updated in a very timely fashion as to when the project could be scheduled. Once we had the day pinpointed, the crew showed up exactly at 7:00 AM and went to work, They carefully moved the furniture off the deck and protected any landscaping from the removal process. They worked the entire day (and then some) to make sure the house was waterproof. The finished the job the next day as we had to have some siding replaced on the dormers. The deck furniture was replaced, any trash or debris was nowhere to be found. Not a single roofing nail! We could not be happier with the entire experience with this company! I will be the first to recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Typically I canâ t be bothered writing reviews for products or services, regardless of the quality. Occasionally I am motivated to write a negative review when something falls way short of expectations. This review, is the opposite. I feel motivated to write a positive review, because my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work done by Jeremy and Sensible Home Products. In a few words, Jeremy and his crew are detail oriented and re-made the outside of our home on all four sides. We couldnâ t be more pleased. We hired Jeremy to complete a huge project on our home. He re-sided our entire house with high-quality, Prodigy solid core, insulated-siding, installed two amazing carriage-style, garage doors with beautiful goose-neck lighting, and replaced over half of our windows with Marvin Elevates. From beginning to end, we interacted with Jeremy for nearly an entire year! Jeremy communicated with us, both in-person, and over the phone, for months before the project even began. Once the project started, the crew was extremely time-efficient. I wouldnâ t say we were difficult customers, but just like Jeremy (and his crew), we all had high expectations for the finished product, and wanted every detail to be perfect. Jeremyâ s own level of accountability for his business, his craftsmanship and his reputation, comforted us throughout the project, giving us the confidence that we needed to pull off a complete outside overhaul of our dream home. Letâ s talk about Jeremyâ s crew. Hard-working, polite and oh so neat! They left our property each and every day super clean and orderly. They were efficient and just great people. We trusted them â both in terms of their work â but also in terms of leaving our property and home unattended with them inside and outside. All in all, because I could go on and on, Jeremy delivered on all that he promised and more. He has exceptional vision and helped us spend our money on the right things. Because he has so much experience transforming homes, he has the ability to see the finished product before the work begins â I highly recommend that you pay close attention to his advice. Jeremy certainly knows what works, while also understanding, at the end of the day, it is your home and you need to be happy as well. We give Jeremy, his crew and Sensible Home Products our highest rating and recommendation. Would have him back at our property without hesitation, but, with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship, we donâ t anticipate needing any work done for decades!

Outstanding company. After getting several estimates for our project of replacing windows and siding, we went with SENSIBLE home products. We couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Beautiful job!! The workmanship is exceptional! Their entire team were polite, professional and excellent at their craft. We made some last minute changes to the windows and they were more than happy to make it happen, and they came out beautiful. We love our new updated and beautiful home. We had a fabulous experience with Jeremy, Andrew and all the crew members! We had them build us a brand new deck and replace all the siding on our home. From start to finish they were knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. They are completely honest and transparent and I appreciated that greatly as I had to choose a lot of different materials and colors for this project. He becomes incredibly invested in making sure it looks perfect and that you will be happy with the end result. The quality is also top notch. Our deck was built beyond expectation and the inspector commented on how it was built much stronger than necessary to pass. They also handled all the complications from the pandemic the best they could; keeping us updated about shortages and delays. No matter how busy; Jeremy will make time for you and he is now our person to call for all things related to our house! He referred us to a great colleague for a new HVAC system and drainage issues in our yard. If he doesnâ t do it, he knows someone who does. Our house and deck look amazing, check out the pictures. Note: the deck is not quite finished yet, just needs trim. Donâ t hesitate, these guys are the best!

From the moment I met Jeremy from Sensible Home Products, I knew I was going to hire his company. I had set my mind to hire the guy who did my windows about 6 years ago but decided to check out 3 contractors to compare prices. I happened to stumble upon Angi (formally Angi’s list) and so happy I did. I got contacted by Jeremy within a few minutes to arrange for him to come to my house. Jeremy’s enthusiasm about his product made me so excited. It wasn’t going to be just siding to add to my house but a work of art. What sold me was the way the windows were going to look like picture frames. Jeremy showed me the actual siding that would be used. It was so much wider than what I had when I bought my house. His crew were very professional, courteous and cleaned up everyday before leaving. Jeremy was there every step. Before even starting the job, he would check in and kept informed. Having had Jeremy redo our entire house after a tree fell on it last year, and having no less than a 5 star experience, we enlisted his expertise again to replace our deck and do stone steps for our front door. He did not disappoint. Jeremyâ s attention to detail is unparalleled. He listens to the customer. Really listens. And he will do whatever he can to not only ensure that you get what you have envisioned, but that it is done expertly. Oscar, the mason that did our front steps, was incredible. He was in constant contact with Jeremy making sure that we were happy with the finished product. Although we didnâ t think it was possible for him to exceed our expectations after seeing his prior work, he did indeed do just that. Jeremy and his team were by far, the best we could've ever worked with for our roofing project! He had done our siding a little while back with the utmost professionalism and the quality was impeccable. It was a no-brainer for us to call him back for the roof and just as he did in the past, he and his team handled our project as if it were their own home. In the current environment with contractors being delayed due to labor shortages, supply issues, etc. he was still willing to help us out on short notice. We have an old home with multiple angles, dormers, skylights and his team was still able to get the work done quickly with no mess at all. At the end of the day, Jeremy brings top quality, honesty and integrity to the job. If he sees an issue, he let's you know and will be sure to address it. No corners cut, no leaving underlying issues alone just because they're not part of the scope of the project. Again, they treat the home as if it's their own. After having a complete total home siding on 6/24/21, I have had time to completely inspect the workmanship of Jeremy's crew and found the quality of the work to be FLAWLESS. The job consisted of siding and all the windows were meticulously wrapped as well as a very difficult door install which was done perfectly. Jeremy's crew was amazingly neat and professional. My neighbors are still stopping to say how impressive the house looks and are asking for Sensible Home Products telephone number. I have the sign displayed and a lot of people stop to take down Jeremy's contact number. I would HIGHLY recommend Sensible Home Products to anyone considering a project to be done on your home. My wife and I walked by a house in our neighborhood on our walk each morning for two weeks noting how meticulous the crew was. Our siding project had been on our home improvement list for far too long and I snapped a photo of Sensible Home Productâ s sign and gave Jeremy a call. He responded quickly and set up a time to come over to meet us and our house. He didnâ t know it at the time, but it was already his â job to loseâ . He did not disappoint and only confirmed what we believed was a company that took pride in their work and used high quality materials that would stand up to the test of time in our harsh New England weather. Our Home was in need of a complete exterior update. We went online looking for potential contractors and the very 1st person to contact us was Jeremy from Sensible Home Products. Jeremy came to visit my wife and I and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. He was very helpful and patient with us in selecting the siding, roofing and the front door for our home. In fact, as we struggled to select the siding and roofing colors, Jeremy with a broken foot arranged for us to meet him at his siding and roofing distributors. Looking at planks of siding and full shingles instead of the small product samples allowed us to make great color decisions. You talk about going up and above to satisfy a potential new customer. Jeremyâ s follow-up and attention to detail is his greatest strength. I was sold on Jeremy on the 1st, of the probably 10 visits he made to our home before we signed the contract last October. We also want to give a shout-out to Jeremy crews that worked on our home. The roofing crew of 7 came and completed our roof in one day. The crew worked in harmony together, did a great job and cleaned up the yard diligently to get every nail. The siding crew came the following Monday. These 3 gentlemen were also very professional and expertly skilled in stripping down and putting back up the new siding and trim. Along the way the siding crew uncovered 4 locations of the house that were damaged by the weather and expertly repaired those areas. The guys worked neat and clean and they were all very courteous. Jeremy used great contractors to replace our gutters and exterior lights. In addition, would like to provide a special shout out to Hemi from Hemi Garage Doors as our new garage doors look wonderful. Since completion of the project I have been stopped by several couples walking by the house to say they love all the upgrades made to our home. Special thank you to Jeremy in putting up with me and my attention to detail. We love the work you and crew completed for us. I knew when the man dropping off our dumpster at the beginning of our project said â just wait until you see what Jeremy does with this house. It is going to look amazing. Youâ re not going to believe it,â that we chose the right guy. The DELIVERY man. This sentiment, that no one will do a better job than Jeremy, echoed throughout the process with every trade that was involved, from the roofers to the man installing our new garage doors. He took our home, which was nice but dated, and turned it into something that we are in awe of. Every time my husband and I pull up in the driveway we have an â I canâ t believe this is our houseâ moment. Before it was even completed we had neighbors stopping us while we walked our dogs to tell us how beautiful the house was turning out and asking for his information. Jeremy went above and beyond on our behalf with our insurance company, getting us the full and proper replacement value for the damage to our home after a tree fell during a storm. He misses nothing, and I mean nothing! His attention to detail is exceptional and he communicated with us about every minute detail throughout the renovation process. He was always available, day or night, and would take the time needed to make sure that our questions were answered and our needs were met. Sensible Home Products has been by far the best contractor experience I ever had (and I have had many). The siding of my house was damaged by a storm. I received several estimates but went with Sensible Home Products based on feedback from business associates who had prior positive experiences with them. Sensibles first and only estimate was spot on with the final cost. They delivered exactly what was agreed upon and finished on schedule. The quality of the work was exceptional. Their efforts rejuvenated the house (we decided to change colors and do a complete remodel). The owner directly engaged the insurance provider and negotiated a favorable settlement. The adjuster told me Sensibles presentation was very thorough to a degree that was rare. The bottom line was a high quality, reasonably priced, and timely effort. There are not enough compliments that I could put into words to describe the job Jeremy and his team completed for us. From the day Jeremy came to give us a quote, my husband and I were confident that he was the person for the job. There are SEVERAL reasons to hire this company for your vinyl siding but if you walk away with only 1 thing from this review, its this. Owner, Jeremy Groll, and his team TREAT YOUR HOME AS IF ITS THEIR OWN. And what else could you ever possibly want in a contractor? From the attention to detail, to friendliness and courtesy, to keeping the whole property clean day in and day out, and not to mention the quality and craftmanship, we really couldnt ask for more. But heres the deal, we did get more. Not only did we get everything mentioned above, but as you can imagine in a large project involving stripping down old cedar siding on an 80 yr old home, we found surprises. And Jeremy and his crew took these all in stride without a hiccup. There were never any shortcuts, no band-aids, no fixes that left you questioning where your hard-earned money was going, but instead, we got expert and creative solutions. To this day, I joke with Jeremy (half-seriously) that he needs to change the company name to Sensible Home Solutions, because thats what his team brings to the table. You want someone to come in and install some vinyl product for cheap, there are plenty of other contractors out there. But they wont address your real challenges and concerns with nearly the same attention and care that this company will. The last thing Ill mention, and youll see this across several reviews, Jeremy and his team treated my whole family with the utmost respect while they were with us for this project. My kids loved coming out to see what the team was working on every day, and it was always smiles all around. Jeremy himself has become a friend of the family and weve stayed connected even with the project fully complete. While Jeremy does have a few crews, which Im sure are all just as amazing as the crew we were fortunate enough to have work on our project, I wouldnt feel right not recognizing Eugene, Anatoly and Sergei, who worked wonders with our siding and windows. Were truly thankful that we came across Sensible Home Products (Solutions) for our home and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for their siding, window and related needs.

I dont usually write reviews, but my experience with Jeremy and Sensible home Products deserves a review. Bottom line, if youre shopping around for a siding contractor, DO NOT HESITATE, stop searching, hire Jeremy and Sensible Home Products. I promise you will not regret your decision. Not only did Jeremy help me in my fight with my homeowners insurance, he just went the extra mile in everything that was done. If he didnt answer a phone call of mine, he called me back within minutes. His crew (Viktor and helpers) were professional, courteous, and incredibly talented. They cleaned up at the end of every day, they showed up on time and made certain to check in with me if they had any questions and addressed any concerns I had. And the end result - WOW. Jeremy had initially told me that the way they do the finish work, is superior to most other siding contractors. I took it with a little bit of a grain of salt; but Jeremy wasnt kidding. My house looks incredible. I am in shock at how good they made it look. From the way the windows, water spigots and outdoor outlets are framed out, to the ceiling area over my back door. Beautifully done. We easily went from worst to first in our neighborhood, thanks to Sensible Home Products. My home siding experience with Sensible Home Products was excellent. Owner Jeremy Groll was upfront and accurate about pricing, materials, workmanship and the length of time the project would take. During the job, the crew took extra good care of my property and the entire worksite was kept clean and tidy. I would also note that the attention to detail was much appreciated. Small problems were attended to that I did not even mention, like fixing a door that had not closed properly for years.
