Even though our roof was much steeper than he usually works on he agreed to replace the glass in our three skylights. He did an excellent job and I couldn't be more thrilled. They are prompt and professional and both him and his son Nick are two of the kindest human beings I ever met. They told me they'd be here at 8:00 a.m. and they were here before that, they started at 8:00 and we're done by the end of the day. Lou and Nick kept me posted each step of the way and during the removal of the metal roof they showed me what went wrong and explained why it went wrong. In short it was because of companies or people that install roofs that don't care about their work that care about ripping off unsuspecting customers. The most I liked about this company, I would say communications, willingness to please the customer, not satisfied themselves until we were happy. There was nothing that I disliked about them, nothing that comes to mind. They only did the gutters and the siding and the windows, we are going to do it at a later time. They were a little bit more expensive but I like their quality. They are very particular about their work. I absolutely will use them again in the future if needed."
