These guys were great. I needed gutters. A crew is of 3 came very polite and got the job done in hours. I would absoultly reccomend them to any one around.

Very well, Luc's team was very professional and efficient. The whole project was completely done in one day. Dumpster was removed the next day. You can see for yourself with the pictures I have attached of before and after the project. This house was a foreclosure and the roof was in pretty bad shape. The bank had put a tarp on the roof which shredded over the time the house was not occupied, it looked horrible. After, it looks great and it feels like we have a whole new house. The products used were high quality, didn't try to push us into buying unnecessary extras and delivered exactly what they said they would.

Luc came out and gave us an estimate right away. He indicated that this was a small job and that he usually waits until he has two or three small jobs before scheduling. Expecting to have to wait awhile, we were surprised that he was able to get to us in just two weeks. His crew came by the day before our sceduled appointment to make sure they would have everything they would need to do the repair the next day. They arrived first thing in the morning and had everything done and cleaned up within a couple hours. All of the crew were very nice and professional. It was such a relief for us to finally get this small job done.

Luc and his crew did a great job! Initially I contacted him to have the roof done, but decided to increase the scope of the work to include a complete residing of the house. During the process he made some excellent suggestions that greatly improved the overall appearance of our home. His price quote was reasonable and I was pleased with the quality of the work. He was responsive to questions and concerns during the job and returned calls promptly. His workers kept the work site clean and Luc visited regularly to check on the progress of the work. I would definitely use him for work I may need to have done in the future.

Working with L&L was a very positive experience. They were professional and responsive throughout the entire process. A previous contractor failed to properly flash the chimney when he installed a metal roof. As a result, a signification amount of water was coming into the building. L&L fixed this issue in a timely matter and the quality of work was excellent. In addition, they were conscientious about cleaning the yard and building when they completed the task.

Luc and his workers completely rebuilt our family when the roof sagged under snow weight. Actually we were very lucky it didn't collapse on top of us. L&L were not the cheapest contractor out there and we paid for a written estimate for our insurance company, but I would highly recommend them if you want an outstanding and beautiful job done. They worked well with our insurance company and bank and also reroofed the entire house at the same time! If you care about a high quality job to be done and believe that you get what you pay for, L&L is the company for you. Also, the price of the written estimate was taken off the bill.

Luc contacted us promptly after we left a message inquiring about gutters. He came out to evaluate the job and asked what we wanted, including color. He then promptly provided us with an estimate. He matched the color of the gutters to the cream trim along the roof edge and the down spouts to the gray-green of the siding. The result is that not only do the gutters and down spouts blend in perfectly, they actually add to the attractiveness of the house. The only hold up [which was several weeks] was that that there was rain nearly every day during the initial period he was going to have the gutters installed. This delayed installation. However, once the men came out, the gutters were completely installed in the morning. The workers were polite and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent contractor; professional in every aspect of the job. Owner and/or owner's son was on the job at all times to supervise the work although their employees were obviously experienced roofers. They used large tarps all around the house to protect the lawn and plantings and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. The owner fixed a skylight that had been leaking because of improper installation by the original roofer and used his creativity and custom made flashing to re-install it properly.
They completed the job in two days, (41 squares) so interruption was minimal. In addition they addressed every issue in a pleasant, courteous manner and dedicated themselves to doing the job correctly with great attention to detail. We had an excellent experience with this company and would definitely recommend them.

L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house.They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"Thank you for the comments on our work. I have since had discussions with my workers about the importance of neatness and cleanup when the job is done. Also, letting the customer know when we have to come back another day for another cleanup look cause the day has run out. Also, on my part, I will take responsibility for not having told you to cover your interior furnishings. With your ceilings being sheetrock'd like they were, I did not expect that much debris to get inside. I've been more careful about telling customers to cover everything on the interior in situations like this. The call backs were mostly related to two chimneys that still had water seepage so I recommend sealing them. This cured one chimney but the other one still had leaking in certain rain storms. This chimney which was at the roof that we did a layover on appeared to have an adequate flashing job, so I didn't try to sell the customer new flashing on this chimney. The end result is that I did new flashing on this chimney also, at no charge to the customer. We had done new flashing at the other chimney when we did the roof."
