Super fast and responsive. Came within an hour of calling and did a quick fix to give me hot water until he could come back the next day with the part to fully repair the heater. Would hire Pete again without hesitation.

The job could not have gone better! Petey and his assistant went above and beyond the scope of work, carting the old sink away instead of leaving it for this old lady to deal with; also moving the heavy cooktop to a safer location than I was going to have it. He arrived ready to work; got right to it (both times) and was very professional. He was also thoughtful and considerate. I thought the job to reconnect and instal everything was going to take much longer but he had it done in less than 40 minutes- start to finish- which included checking to make sure the cooktop worked, the gas was connected properly with no leaks, the water ran well with no leaks, and that I was pleased with the job. I was missing a sink plug and he provided one right on the spot. HE COMES PREPARED!!! I will most certainly use him again for any plumbing needs for the property. The cost I quote below is what I paid for both visits combined ( the disconnect and the reconnect/instal).

I called Petey's Plumbing because of a water leak in a bathroom pipe and was very satisfied with the service I received. Peter and his assistant arrived at the scheduled appointment time and quickly identified the source of the water leak in the pipe. They explained the problem to me then worked quickly and efficiently to make the repair.

It went very well. Petey's technician was knowledgeable, informative and was able to complete all the requests efficiently and correctly. Installing the shut-off valve was a bit tricky due to the location slightly behind a wall. Petey's was able to creatively solve for this and achieve the desired result.

Ben came and installed the garbage disposal unit very quickly and even helped with another issue I had with my hot water.

We had one toilet that was leaking and a second one that would occasionally run. He fixed the one that would run and we decided to put a new toilet in for the one that was running as it was very old. Pete did an excellent job, was very professional and was reasonably priced. We would definitely use him again

Everything went very well. The initial phone call to make the appointment was professionally handled, with an acceptable appointment quickly made. Due to extreme weather on the original appointment date, they were unable to come, but called me that day to reschedule two days later. The plumber arrived promptly and put on booties as soon as he entered the house. The work was done within 35 minutes. No cleanup was needed on my part. I intend to call Petey's for my next plumbing job.

Peter was great! The problem turned out to be a small screw that was really wedged in. Petey didn't give up even though it took a lot of work to dislodge it.

Peteys Plumbing removed our old oil fired hot water heater and installed a new tankless propane hot water heater today. Petey and his helper were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient during the installation. Petey’s Plumbing offered the best quote for the job and also were able to remove our old tank without cutting a hole in the wall, saving us a lot of time, aggravation, and money. Other plumbers refused to consider this option. I wholeheartedly endorse Peteys Plumbing for anyone looking for a plumber in the area.

I was very happy with this company and their work. They were able to come out at a time that matched my schedule even though it was not during their normal work week (they came out first thing--8:00 a.m. on a Saturday). I had recently moved into a new house and discovered that the shut off valves for the outside faucets were not working. One was frozen and the other still had water trickling out after it was supposed to be fully closed. The shut-off valves were removed and replaced and they installed an in-line drain valve on each line so I could drain and blow-out the lines from inside if I wanted. The technician that did the work, Ben, was great. He worked quickly and did a great job. When I hire people I have not worked with before, I tend to check in periodically as they work and ask a lot of questions, as much to increase my own knowledge as to make sure everything looks legit. He was able to answer all of my questions and he walked me through the work he did while he was doing it and after everything was done. The price was very reasonable. This experience was very positive and they have likely earned a new customer for life!

Owner Peter Arsich, provided me with a written quote and being sensitive to the cost offered a few options how to handle the job. There were some less expensive short-term solutions, which Peter also included his explanations on the best ways to move forward. On the day of the job, Petey and his colleague arrived on time and got to work. They were extremely gracious and professional as they worked in our home. They even ran into some unexpected issues related to how our bathroom was remodeled and was able to tackle them while remaining on schedule an on budget. I feel the work that Petey's plumbing did for us was was above and beyond what I expected and would certainly use them again in the future.
