"We had a furnace installed by Harp on July 8th 2024 after it being diagnosed by their technician as to the reason our ac system was not functioning properly. That’s when our troubles with Harp began. The installation was not done properly, we needed 3 service calls to get the ac to work properly. The installers were sloppy. We cleaned up screws and wire and parts from the old furnace for weeks. When heating season began we noticed that the humidifier installed with the furnace was not operating. We scheduled an appointment to have it repaired and they called the day of the appointment and told us they couldn’t come that day and we had to reschedule, so reluctantly we did. They finally came and repaired it. From what the technician told me it was not wired properly. On January 21st 2025( the coldest night of the year) the furnace stopped working. We called Harp to get someone to come to repair it as we had no heat in below 0º weather I was told the best they could do is to come the next day between 2 and 6 pm. I tried to explain that this was an emergency but to no avail. I called my local oil company and they were at my door within 30 minutes( which I would’ve expected from the company who sold us the furnace) the repaired it quickly and told us that one f the wires on the control panel was not attached properly. It cost me $300. I would NOT recommend Harp to anyone. They are not reliable and do not stand behind their promises of service 24/7. Stay as far away from this company as possible. We are sorry we ever started with them."

"Joe and Larry were wonderful! We bought a new house that needed work, including a serious issue with how our water heater was installed (without a pressure release valve!). Joe came by and looked at it all and because the situation was dangerous he and Larry came the very next day. Their estimate was clear and the job came in at the estimate (with one small additional nal.repair they found taking a part the toilet.). They walked me through everything and made me feel at ease. These are our new go-to plumbers!!"

"SCAM!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!!!they had the nerve to add the overflow and waste and they know that was not y I am unhappy and disgusted!!!! Taylor knew she wasn’t going to be able to work on my furnace and still continued to install the thermostat and then charged me and said the company and herself didn’t feel comfortable working on it because it was too old …I mean it was the same furnace she looked at to begin with …she should have known then that it was too old 429.00 for a thermostat. I did not sign the completed paperwork. I called the receptionist wouldn’t give me her name or the owners name she refused I threatened to write an honest review and she hung up on me and would not take my calls She had promised to adjust the price until I threatened to write a review and she hung up and have not contacted me back Taylor was not transparent and I didn’t appreciate that She also quoted me 6500.00 to replace a water heater of course with all the bells and whistles. Home Depot quoted me 1550.00 with all bells and whistles with a 12 year warranty!!!! Have a great holiday A-Team"

"Great communication with Ron! My boiler and HW heater were fire hazards that needed immediate replacement! I felt confident with Ron and trusted him the moment we met! He followed thru with financing, scheduled the install, and completed the install same day! I kid you not ... the new boiler (and all that goes with it) is absolutely beautiful !!! He followed thru to make sure all zones functioned and my basement was clean when he left! I will be calling PlumbTech (as needed) and highly recommend Ron to anyone needing exceptional service!!! "Horrible. Still working on the project. Three days in he worked a total of 6 hours. Constantly left the job for hours at a time. Never showed up when he said he would. Always I will be there in 10 minutes and an hour an a half later strolling up to have to leve again within an hour of working. Tor up the house and left a mess and the job still is not done. Extremely unhappy. I will NEVER use him again or thissite for refferences again."

"They arrived on time (in fact a bit early)....They were very organized and did a beautiful job of installing my new faucet. While at my home, I asked them to look at one other 'quick' job. They were only too happy to help me secure my sump pump to the cellar wall. The final price was actually a bit under the estimate. Have to love that. Would definitely recommend. Plan on hiring again for my next bathroom project."
