The price for repairing my chimney was fair, and the work was good. It was the middle-priced quote I got, but they were much more honest and up than the cheapest quote. The masons had told the owner that they were done, at the end of the day he called me to make sure, and I saw a small area that still needed repointing. He had someone come out the next day to take care of it.

Joe Corrigan and his team work miracles. I had two projects identified to polish up the house in prep for sale (exterior paint and front porch) and Joe helped identify the things I needed to do to get the most return for the money at sale time. The teams were excellent - efficient, considerate, professional and delivered excellent results. It was easy to communicate with Joe - always returned texts and more often than not he anticipated my questions. Every job has its own contract with the work spelled out. No mystery as to where the money was being spent. Did I mention efficient? Work was done FAST. I feel lucky that Joe and his teams were available when I needed this work done.

To be honest, it stated out a little iffy on my chimney repointing. We hired J Corrigan LLC recently to sealcoat our large, steep driveway and we couldn’t be more happy with the end result! Joe was very prompt to reply to our original call, and visited the site and provided an estimate quickly. The estimate and detailed explanation were very thorough, and from a cost perspective, very reasonable. Joe was always reachable and communicative during the process. The job was done in 3 days, including the final day, which was VERY HOT, and that was not a deterrent. The power-wash, weed removal and crack-filling was challenging, but all those tasks were handled beautifully. And the sealing on the final day came out awesome. And as one would expect, although not always the case, the cleanup at end of job was immaculate, almost like a crew was never there, short of the neat and professionally sealed driveway of course! We would contract J Corrigan again in a heartbeat, for any of their many other services, if / when the need arises. Thanks again!

J Corrigan LLC is the best contractor we have used. During a gigantic rainstorm we had a terrible leak in our roof and needed emergency repairs. We contacted J Corrigan who responded very quickly. Mr. Corrigan himself arrived to assess the damage. He took pictures so we could see for ourselves. He quoted us a fair price. That same day, workmen covered the roof with a tarp, and began the repair roofing the very next day. They were professional, efficient and tidy in their work. We even got “after” pictures. I highly recommend J Corrigan and will use this fine company again.
