Client, and engineer, interviewed 3 contractors we recommended and chose Fine Construction. Project required a major re-design to add a 3rd a bedroom, flooring structure reinforcement, complete systems upgrades, kitchen, baths, millwork, detail finishing -- you name it they did it. "The work was done in a timely manner, and as I was told we needed to wait to paint the stairs, and that was the last item, i paid in full. It has now been over a year and i keep requesting that they come out and complete the work, and i receive no response. Disappointed."
