In fact, he noticed our yard shed that had seen better days.  He asked us what we were going to do about it, and we told him that we were looking into replacing it.  He pointed out that the structure was solid and that he could restore it - eliminating the need for a new one.  So as a smaller, add-on job, his crew fixed the hole in the shed roof, re-roofed the entire shed, replaced rotting wood, and reparied the doors, and then painted it.  Our shed looks like new, at half the cost of replacing it.
