The best way to express how pleased we were with Remodeling Consultants is to say that before they even finished the initial project we hired them for, a complete master bath remodel and production of a mantle for our fireplace, we began discussion and decided to move forward with a second project, remodeling of our powder room. As first time remodelers we weren’t sure what to expect. The entire process - from our initial meeting with Rick Zaccaria, to planning and discussions of design options, then demolition, construction and completion - was handled by a team that was professional, responsive, respectful of our budget and of our home and a pleasure to work with. For the master bath, Rick patiently walked us through each step offering unbiased guidance on selection of materials and in recommending bathroom fixture and tile suppliers who were easy to work with. Johanna Nakos was an excellent guide in taking us through the design and product selection for the powder room. There were no surprises with regard to cost of and time to complete each job. Jerry Zaccaria supervised both projects and expertly led a knowledgeable team that gave us confidence the finished products would be exactly what we were hoping for. Following completion of the work, RC customer service has been responsive to any requests for fine-tuning, and tweaks where needed.
We are delighted that our master bath is now a masterpiece, the mantle above the fireplace is a beautiful enhancement to our living room and the powder room is a showpiece.The RC team clearly takes pride in and, importantly, stands behind and guarantees their work. We would not hesitate to work with them again or to recommend them to friends and family.

I was pleasantly surprised that the final kitchen looked so stunningly transformed. The workers, kept things on schedule, made sure the work area was neat and best of all they finished the project on time.

Work completed on time, quality workmanship, workers were very competent and friendly.

Very well. RC was extremely professional from start to finish. We lived thorough the reno with 3 small kids and they made it as easy as possible. I don't believe I could have had it done by anyone else to this degree of quality, in this time frame, at this price!!

Excellent. Alan Lobien was a great designer to work with. The men completed this fairly large project in approximately 5 months. Gerry Zaccaria is an excellent project supervisor. The work quality and attention to detail was great. We are very pleased with our renovation.

The company assigned a conscientious foreman but had real trouble keeping consistent workers and sub contractors. We continued to live in the house during this project-something we would not advise or do again. Had to move all furniture (except 2 rooms) into storage. Some of the subcontractors that RCW hired were sub par-particularly the staircase and hardwood flooring companies. Post project, we've had an ongoing problem with improperly installed exterior window trim that has rotted. Bigger unresolved issue is a recurring leak at the back of the house that comes in at the top of an exterior french door. RCW came back once and had to remove a two story section of siding because water had gotten behind it and soaked the sheathing. It is still leaking there, and in spite of their continued visits to this site to follow up, they don't follow through with the repair. Just promises to make it right. But, 6 years later, they haven't-and don't seem inclined to.
