He set up a time between our schedules to build my spiral staircase and replace a window with a vent. He arrived on time and completed the job beyond my satisfacon. I was so pleased with the results and communication I received, that I hired them to come to my other home to install "Flooring for my sunroom, pantry and hallway. "Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."

"Excellent job. Price was within expectations. Upon acceptance they told me they would be here in 3 to 4 weeks and were here as planned. I do not have an easy house to paint and it required some added work in terms of replacing boards and this was all pointed out upfront and done very well. The workers were extremely diligent even in this high heat. Everyone was very friendly and cooperative. My neighbors are very impressed and are seeking Challenger Construction for their jobs.
