"Thank you, we agree this finished basement project came out really beautiful. Working with this family was a pleasure for sure. The project was subcontracted to us by Handy/Angi for a specified amount and scope of work and that exact amount is what we were paid by Handy/Angi, no extras were billed related to the original Contract. We were asked by the Homeowner privately without Handy/Angi involvement and markup, to build 2 decks, install a water line to the fridge upstairs, relocate a thermostat from the Bedroom to the hall, install flood lights and install their new wall hung TV with sound system. All that work we did is what made the over budget issues mentioned in the Review. The basement entry steps, exterior slab with drain connected to the house footing drains were part of the original contract and done exactly as agreed and specified. We were well into the construction, we were informed by the Homeowner that the house is not occupied all year around and his valid concern is the exterior drain in the slab outside the basement door may collect leaves, get clogged and cause water in the basement because he is not be there to perform basic maintenance, we agreed. We were asked by the Homeowner to privately price some sort of structure with walls, door and roof over the new basement stairs to ease his concerns about the slab drain getting clogged and allowing water to get into the basement, but the $5k cost was more than he was willing to pay. The Homeowner asked us to privately price a custom, removeable, marine-grade, canvass cover. Again the $5k cost was more than he was willing to pay. Recently, we were informed by the Homeowner that other Contractors were brought in for opinions about the potential, future drain clogging issue. Naturally, all Contractors agreed that without maintenance, the drain could clog and cause water in the basement so the Homeowner spent $5k on a Bilco door with another Contractor which we could have done for $4k if we were asked because we really like working for this family"

"Thank you for your kind words, your patience during an exterior siding and paint job in the blazing sun and especially for have such great design and decorating taste. Those copper gutters and palette of paint colors you chose for your house paint are both historically accurate and cutting-edge at the same time.. well done Friends!"
"Thanking you as I wipe my tears Sir. The money you spend pays our bills today and the kind words and details you post here about your experience with our Team provides years of work for us. Thank you, thank you thank you!"
"Thank you so much for the kind words Mr. [Member Name Removed]! I recall your first request on Angi for roof repair and not even charging you for sending my guys to repair some shingles blown off during a storm. Then you rewarded our fast response and great service by awarding us your entire new roof job! I know we will be your first call for anything you need done. -Raymond & Jimmy"
"The job was done during the start of Covid, the windows were ordered and when they finally arrived weeks later, Customer decided to return them and order new ones with grids between the glass panes which took another 4 weeks. That's why the job took longer than expected. The B rating is not our fault - Jimmy Santacroce - Owner - All In One Construction NY, LLC"
