"I am waiting to get an answer back. I was told the $99 few would be waived if I proceeded with the repairs and the plumber did the repairs and was still charged the $99 fee. Need an answer if I am getting refunded. Was charged $145."

"Humberto was on time, very professional and honest. He gave me a written quote within 4 hours and took the time to explain the extent of work and duration of the job.
