Only concern was Ralph quoted me a price to complete additional work (some insulation) but work was not done as I was later told by Ralph that it was not needed and we then had to renegotiate a new price after the initial quote. He did however complete other work which was identified by Mike as being needed and work was done well. Overall I think they were reasonable and did a good job. One central air unit and two bathroom fans cleaned for $450."
