Did the job on time and on budget, very friendly and efficient

One of the consequences of COVID for me was that the condition of my home and unfinished or poorly done work in my home came into a new focus. At the same time I had very little room for further disappointment. When I met Albert, I immediately felt at ease as I knew I was in the presence of some one who was a terrific listener with a sharp eye for detail and authentic work ethic. So in short, I set myself up for disappointment!!! But I was not disappointed, the master bedroom ceiling repair and paint color change was executed impeccably, The window frames around my picture window side windows were as carefully done and flawless. My 1950"s cabin is lined with tongue and groove pine and splatter or smudges would have stood out and been difficult to remove, but there was no such remnants. In addition Miguel patched two holes in my attic roof and did a great job there as well. Also I am looking forward to having Prestige lay flooring in my basement soon. The painters who came to do the job were very kind, careful and quiet. Despite the fact that they worked a long day they left the place spotless and helped me move some of the furniture back into place. And yes, they are very fairly priced. These guys are terrific. The owner's last name is Feliz and I can happily report that I am, and you will be "feliz' indeed. Hire them. You won't find better.

They did such an amazing job painting our home! They were able to get the job done quickly while still providing the highest quality of work. They did an amazing job patching up everything and cleaned up when the job was completed. As an added bonus the team was always happy when greeting me in the morning! I would highly recommend!!

During the initial estimate/quote, Albert proved to be more knowledgeable than competitors. Additionally, his bid required less time to complete the task (which was super important to us) and his prices were more competitive! Albert also put up with my changing requirements and additional asks. He also came back for an inspection with us and fixed any issues we noticed. I do not have a single complaint - Albert was awesome.

I am the most annoying and picky person ever! I got many quotes and met many contractors. Albert was by far the best! . Fairly priced the job. I just completed a painting job with Albert and his team. Came by to give initial quote which I found very reasonable. Picked up all the paint so it saved me a trip. Showed up on time day of the job, prepped the room well and completed the job with no issues. They cleaned up and even vacuumed to ensure no particles were left behind. Would definitely recommend them and use again!

Albert was extremely responsive to all of my questions. He called the same day I submitted a request and came by my place the following morning to provide an estimate. His estimate was significantly lower than other pros. My partner thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't! His crew showed up on time the morning they were set to paint and set up all their materials. They were very accommodating of us needing to access rooms that they were painting. They painted four rooms in about 10 hours. Albert was very upfront about the cost, sent me a quote in writing, brought me the receipt for the paint. I would definitely hire again.

Albert Feliz, came to my home to investigate the services I wanted. I interviewed other companies for the same work, but, Albert was the only one who recognized the asbestos on my ceiling and how things should be handled. I was impressed with him and the worker who performed the service. Would definitely work with them again.

Albert & team are fantastic! Albert came out to give us an estimate the same day I called him back, and we hired him on the spot. He offered to come back 3 days later to do the job, but I needed an extra week to pick the color. His colleague was professional and was able to get the whole kitchen painted in a matter of hours including all the trim, doors and ceiling. Will definitely be using Albert & team for all our future projects. Strongly recommend!

Where to begin... Albert reached out minutes after I submitted my request for a quote and made time to visit our home to assess the project the next day. His pricing was FAR below any other quote I had received and even offered to help with an additional project he noticed during our meeting. Two days after our initial phone call, he and his team were at our home: on time, with protective gear and all of the necessary equipment. They were quiet and respectful - at times we forgot anyone was even working! Their cleanup was immaculate and they completed the project perfectly. I will definitely hire Albert and his team in the future!
