"The tech arrived promptly, introduced himself and donned paper boots before entering our home. After installing a new control panel and two new Honeywell T6 Pro thermostats, he walked us through steps to download the app and connect to the thermostats. He explained each detail and answered all our questions. He was a seasoned professional from start to finish. John Viggiano provided the initial quote and inspected the job beforehand to ensure everything we needed and offered a very reasonable price.
