"I was very happy with my experience using this company. In the middle of a heat wave, right before the July 4th holiday, my AC stopped working. The man who installed it and had been servicing it was too busy to come for a week. I called MSD and was given an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. They were prompt and courteous, fixed my problem, and were reasonably priced. I will be calling them in the future."

"Y and M Air Duct cleaning provided an important service in a way that was transparent and professional. Our house is noticeably cleaner as a result of the service. "I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"Extremely professional and knowledgeable service. Colby and Eli came out for an estimate on Tuesday and came back Friday for service. We walked through all vents to be cleaned and discussed the antimicrobial treatment. We had just bought the house and the ducts were never cleaned. They individually cleaned 24 vents and treated the system in just a little over 3 hours. They talked us through the whole process and showed plenty of before and after pictures. Would highly recommend!"
