"I called Evolution Carpet Care on very short notice. Dominick was very accommodating and thorough. My carpet was in pretty bad shape. After cleaning, it looks amazing! "Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding. This is the second time we have hired Bill for carpet cleaning and I will definitely recommend him to any one without any reservations. We plan to continue working with him for as long as he stays in business."
