Ralph and Mike were both very pleasant. Work was done fairly quickly. Only concern was Ralph quoted me a price to complete additional work (some insulation) but work was not done as I was later told by Ralph that it was not needed and we then had to renegotiate a new price after the initial quote. He did however complete other work which was identified by Mike as being needed and work was done well. Overall I think they were reasonable and did a good job. One central air unit and two bathroom fans cleaned for $450.

This place had not had its ducts clean for over 20 years. The dust was 2 inches thick on the vents. We could barely breath. RALPH and company did an excellent job of cleaning the duct work and cleaning up afterwards. Prompt, professional and always a pleasure to work with. I have referred him many times and have never heard of a bad experience. I highly recommend Duct Pro.
