"Jim is the magician of plumbing. I expressed what we needed done for my mother's home. I was told by another company I needed a new furnace or install a water heater to get hot water in the house, Do to very blocked coil in the furnace due to years of deposits. The other company serviced the furnace every year and this happens. 40 plus of service, and they screwed us. JIM came over on Super Bowl Sunday and looked at the situation.
