We've been going through a complicated generator install and Guy has truly been an amazing partner to work with to get the project done as fast as possible. My old boiler was 53 years old! On its last legs. I got In town plumbings number from a neighbor who had her boiler installed by them. I called and the next day Guy was in my home assessing my situation. The next day I had a reasonable quote and the next week he was ordering my new boiler. He installed a new boiler and water tank in a day and a half! With his two employeesâ ¦.Frank and Carl. All these guys are amazing. Full disclosure I am a pain in the behind retired police officer. I ask all the silly questions. And Guy answered them all. This experience with our new boiler could not have gone better. I could go on and on. I highly recommend them for any plumbing situation.

I would recommend to a friend or family. He came but his assistant did the work. He came in to oversee and make sure all was okay. He assistant that did the work was nice and answered all our questions.

Guy and him team were absolutely amazing. I have a very difficult situation in order to get the water heater in and out of the house. It needed to go up on the roof into a window. The guys accessed the situation came up with a plan of action initiated it and were successful. They could not be any more professional, kind, knowledgeable, creative and qualified. Unlike others on Angi, I was contacted in a timely manner but more importantly, was offered the opportunity to have the work done same day! On top of that, this company was more than happy to install a unit that I had purchased, and even picked it up for me! That coupled with being allowed to pay with credit card made this hire a no-brainer! The fact that this job was done quickly, perfectly and dealt with very professionally from the first phone call will garner Guy more work in the future! I could not have been happier with things from beginning through completion!

Guy is the absolute best. He is fair, explains everything in detail and he really cares about the customer and the quality of the work he does. His attention to detail is really impressive and he has a great demeanor. Guy intsalled a tankless water heater in my home. It was a job that a few companies turned down becuase of the amount of work that needed to be done with a challenging job. Guy was open to ideas and made it work and did not leave until the job was perfect. We have since used Guy for other plumbing jobs and everything has been great. I highly recommend him.

I was very nervous working in the dark for I never had to hire a plumber before and I didnâ t know who I was calling or how reputable they were, or if I was going to get ripped off, but Guy was the gentleman that contacted me and when I explained I could not locate a state water heater he searched around and called me back and found what is probably the only one in the entirety of Wetchester County! That was earlier on Wednesday afternoon and he told me he would contact me later on to arrange for installation. He also arranged for the rebate and whatever â red tapeâ involved with the warranty replacement and Wednesday evening he was here in my home installing the water heater! His work was excellent! He is very personable and having had a master plumber in my family prior to this fiasco I can say without reservation that this fellow, who is a gentleman as well, knows his business and does it well!

Guy's work was very good. He explained what he did, and what had to be done. Guy is coming back to replace leaking water valves. His company's name and address have earned a place in my address book for sure.

Performed annual boiler servicing to my satisfaction. He walked me through the various inspection points and explained how things work, and also provided some estimates on some potential plumbing projects I have coming up. I would definitely use In Town again.
