While repairing the steps attached to the deck, he found additional damage. He explained the situation, and fixed it accordingly. He also repaired a trellis, and rebuilt a shed door. It was important to Saul everything was completed to my satisfaction. Both he and his helper worked extremely neat, and cleaned up afterwards. I also discussed other projects I would like him to do.
