While he was at our house I asked about installing a ceiling fan because I suspected we had mold.  Rather than just installing it, Noel went the extra step to find out if the ceiling was covered in mold on the other side of the drywall.  It was.  He estimated how much it would cost to repair the ceiling and we had him proceed with the work.  He had to come back a few times to finish up the skim coating and sanding but we are very happy with the results.
