"Matthew was very quick to get back to me and get the job done right. I had a leaking toilet that was not seated correctly so it ruined the floor beneath. I had this issue fixed 3 times before. Matthew came out and replaced the flooring underneath it and now it sits correctly on the floor and no longer leaks. I would definitely have them come back if I had any other plumbing problems"

They made sure to clean up at the end of each day and check in with me to be sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. Our son has special needs, and this bathroom remodel was to ensure he could become more independent in a safe environment. Alex made sure we added all of the needed safety features to ensure our sons safety was top priority. Our son is now able to shower on his own and he actually wants to get ready for bed! Before Living Baths, we had several quotes and sat down with other companies. Living Baths was the only company that we did not feel pressured to make a decision. Once project started, all lies and delays lasting years of our lives with constant angst and headaches. Bathroom was never able to be finished, Paul would run out of money and for something that should?ve taken 3 months lasted over 2 years. I am still dealing with paying other companies to fix problems as Paul and his crew are unable to fix mistakes. They will come in and cause new problems. "
