Frank and his nephew are unsurpassed in knowledge, professionalism, promptness, and affordability. Had the chance to work with Frank Mattera and his nephew from Mattera and Sons Electric LLC recently. Frank was super quick to respond and really got what I needed. They put in a new TV outlet and mounted my new tv to the wall. It was quick and they helped recommend the ideal place to do it. After an hour of thorough searching inside and out after repeatedly (but nicely) assuring me it wasn’t electrical in origin but definitely a skunk, they found it caught in a small underground window boarded over. These amazing guys pulled it out and disposed of it for me and I couldn’t have been more grateful. I don’t know any electrician who would do that. Initially, they wouldn’t even charge me because they couldn’t find the cause of the smell (happened to find it on the way out!) I will absolutely hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

I hired Mattera and Sons Electric LLC to install an electric line underground from my interior panel out to a new electric pool heater. They were very responsive, and gave a reasonable quote. They did a great job explaining what needed to be done, and worked with us in getting the job done. It was complex, because we had to work with a separate landscaping company to dig the trench for the electrical line between the house and pool heater. Would recommend.

Frank did an excellent job installing our new bathroom fan. He is professional, friendly, trustworthy and knowledgable. Communication with him was easy. He even found and pointed out a leak issue with my roof vent that i otherwise wouldnt have known about until it caused damage. He left the bathroom spotless, you would have never known he was there. I am so please with the eletrical work. He went above the beyond, frank replaced my service cable along with the upgrate mida outside. He also upgrade the electric box and labeled everything and now it is easy for me to understand. The kitchen and bathroom is upgraded with new GSI outlet. Frank is highly skilled, extremely competent. He and his assisstant ryan is clean and neat. Frank is honest and the price is fair. I will highly recomment for electrical needed. I am so pleased with the electrical work that Frank did. He went above and beyond. I was in a dilemma, a tree came down and took all my electrical wires and service cable down. I was without heat and electricity and freezing! Frank came immediately to my rescue and I had multiple involved electrical work which he fixed. Frank replaced my electrical panel box and all new Breakers.. Frank labeled everything in the fuse box, so now it is so easy for me to understand. Frank is highly skilled extremely competent and does exceptional work, and is impeccably clean. Frank is very honest and his prices are very fair. I can't thank Frank enough he is a kind and thoughtful person. My bathroom sink was plugged for weeks and Frank took the time to snake the drain "Unbelievable!" Great They were great and fixed the oroblem

Excellent service! I had a lot of electrical work to be done when finishing my basement and office (lighting installed, switches moved, old fixtures removed, etc.), there were a lot of moving parts in my project. Frank took excellent notes, kept track of everything that needed to be done, and executed perfectly. The work was performed unobtrusively and efficiently, and the end result turned out exactly as I'd hoped. Frank was very friendly, flexible, easy to work with, and communicative throughout. The cost was reasonable as well! Happy to support an independent tradesman over one of the big companies. I'll hire Mattera and Sons for all of my future electrical needs!
