Abraham is a good plumber and great guy, BUT, The company is not. Watch out for predatory pricing especially on simple jobs. I was charged $1600 for a job that took 1 hour, had easy access and cost a maximum of $120 in materials. Skills employed were cutting 1/2 copper pipe, connecting a T and a 90 and a shut off valve to a bit of 1/2 copper pipe ( 2ft total) and installing a new outdoor facet. The original burst pipe was not fixed after the space it was in, was deemed challenging due to it being a crawl space basement, I did it later myself. The company claims not to charge by the hour but cannot justify its pricing when inquiry was made after serious buyers remorse. Kevin the office man employed classic techniques such as “bait and switch” and a good deal of gaslighting in an effort to steer the conversation in a direction that had nothing to do with pricing… and the fact that there was no justification for such a huge price tag. Clients feel pressure to do the job especially when time is a factor, the plumber is on site and call out fees have already accumulated. I would give this a skip and find someone who owns the business and turns the wrenches

Drainworks team has done several different jobs to my Plumbing and Well system to get them up to excellent standards. The guys were patient and had a sense of urgency wanting to get things repaired for me. I was absolutely satisfied with every job the guys completed. I had my entire Home filter system replaced, I had a leak in my Well casing repaired and also a leak in an underground main water Pipe that had sprung a leak repaired. I highly recommend Drain Works for all your plumbing needs!

Awesome company to work with!

The Technician was very nice and tried but I feel he didn't not have the proper equipment to complete the job. I paid for my sewer to be unclogged and when he left it was still clogged. Told me I'd need to replace the cast iron pipe inside and replace 10 feet of pipe outside to connect to existing main for an outrageous price of $4,605.43. I'm not taking away from what the tech did while he was at the property for 2 hours. But bottom line is he was unable to complete the job we hired the company to do. After having the pipe replaced by another Plumber for 1/4 of that price. My husband reached out to Drainworks to express his disappointment with them not being able to get the line clear and us paying them $466.88, they did not want to hear it and said they felt they where paid for what was done. That's $233.44 an hour???? I would have at least appreciated if they had offered to come back and try to snake and camera (which they didn't camera at all) the line after we had it replaced by someone else or even offered to refund $100. Once I didn't hire them for the bigger job at $4,605.43 they didn't want to complete what I paid them to do in the first place. I have used Angie"s List multiple times over the years and this was my first negative experience. I do Not recommend this company to anyone looking for a Sewer Cleaning Service.
