"Hillcrest installed a heat pump. They had to work in a more cramped space than they expected in the attic and the new equipment was a bit larger. They did a good job. Matt and his crew were good to work with and explained the process and the equipment well. I would recommend them."

"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.
