Our Navien boiler/heat combo went on the fritz during a major cold snap and the holidays, a double whammy. They came out that very day. Jared was our technician, he was awesome. Kelley's was able to get the needed part to fix the issue the next day. He came back not only fixed the problem, but waited for 30 minutes before departure checking the system and making certain everything was running as designed. Since the combo system went down during such extreme cold days, extra pressure built up that didn't present itself until the next day. We texted Jared, he not only responded to the text, he called us immediately, on a Sunday and walked us through what turned out to be a simple fix. Things have been running smoothly ever since. "The guys that came out to do our home energy audit where very professional.  They gave me an overall explanation of what they would be doing and as they did their work they updated me regularly as to what they where about to do next as they completed each part.   They found my boiler was a bit out of spec on the amount of CO2 it was producing and I suggested i have it looked at.  I took them up on getting one of their maintance teams over to look at it and to my surprise they where able to be here before the Home energy audit guys left so they where able to explain what they found face to face.  It turned out to be nothing major just a bent piece of metal a little to close to the flame cause a lose of efficient burn.

"We had a Burnham boiler that developed a crack (apparently they are notorious for doing so). It was spewing water all over our basement every time it turned on. Mike came over promptly and assessed the situation, giving us several options. We could have gone with a less expensive boiler, but chose a higher efficiency one as well as a new hot water tank (since ours was about 14 years old) and new connections. The installation took all day and into the evening with Mike and his partner working virtually non-stop. He also vacuumed up five gallons of water from our basement. We felt Mike was very professional as well as pleasant and honest to deal with. The new furnace has been in for a few days and is very quiet. He has estimated a savings of about $900 a year in oil costs with the new system.

"I could not be more pleased with this company or this service. I found them here on AL and with a rebate, it was a great deal. When I called, the woman who answered was extremely polite and helpful and took the time to go over the entire audit process with me (she wasn't rushed as some receptionists are). They sent an email to confirm the date and time.
When the team arrived, they were on time and each of them introduced themselves by name to me before coming into my house. They were all very polite and courteous. The leader (I can't remember his name) gave me an overview of the process and explained things as they went. Basically, they simulate high winds around the house and then monitor for where leaks are. My house is relatively new and has no basement, so it was already pretty efficient, but there were some major leaks by the front door and attic door, which they sealed on the spot. They also showed me that I could hold my hand over any electrical socket, even ones on interior walls, and feel the "wind"--which means air was leaking out those! So I plugged them all with those little socket protectors. The guys also took me into the attic and showed me some leaks, and fixed them--and fixed the attic door by adding a little latch to help it stay closed. All in all, they reduced the amount of air getting into my house by 500 (I forget the units). It was clear they didn't just make up this number--they showed me the number after the first test and then after the second test (when they had treated the problem areas).
I also got a few free CFLs and LEDs, and bought 3 more LEDs since they were at a great price. They left some rebates with me, although all my appliances are new so I didn't need anything. 
When they left, they each said goodbye and were very professional until the end. They were respectful in my home and asked before opening any closets or doors, etc. I felt very safe with them here, which is not always the case when people are in your home working. I think the price is a fantastic one, especially with the AL rebate that was on when I scheduled. I feel I got my money's worth. My husband and I had tried to plug some leaks ourselves, but we didn't really know what we were doing and we had no way to measure if we were really helping anything. This audit gave me hard numbers to look at and I was impressed that they did the fixes on-site (included in the price--for instance, they plugged a whole around my front door frame by installing a clear plastic barrier). It was a great deal and a great experience. Highly recommend!
Bonus--when we resell this house in a few years, I will definitely list that we got a professional energy audit performed on it and that it's very efficient. Definitely a selling point!

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
