"I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. "This company was without question one of the best we have worked with. Polite, honest about the work to be done and the time frame to get it done. Our Navien boiler/heat combo went on the fritz during a major cold snap and the holidays, a double whammy. They came out that very day. Jared was our technician, he was awesome. Kelley's was able to get the needed part to fix the issue the next day. He came back not only fixed the problem, but waited for 30 minutes before departure checking the system and making certain everything was running as designed. Since the combo system went down during such extreme cold days, extra pressure built up that didn't present itself until the next day.
