"There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. We walked through all vents to be cleaned and discussed the antimicrobial treatment. We had just bought the house and the ducts were never cleaned.
