"Have gotten to know Tyler AC over the past few years when our previous HVAC guy retired. Techs Chris & Jeff have been knowledgeable and responsible keeping our aging system running. Jen & Cinda in the office have always been super helpful. Jeff spent time here last summer milking along our AC system in very HOT weather. We spent time a few months back with a technician deciding what our needs were when repairs to our heating system were mounting. The office helped us figure out the best way to move forward, hooked us up with a home energy audit in order to qualify for rebates, etc. We chose our new system, they ordered it and the installation date was set. They said it would take 2-3 days to compete the install. As of today, it is done. 2 1/2 days. Hot, humid, heat wave days and the 2 guys worked hard. We are presently enjoying our nice cool home while watching Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Rings."

"The assigned technician, John, was on-time, knowledgeable, provided suggestions, and thorough. Oftentimes, people don’t realize how important this service is. If I were you, I would book AC Air Duct cleaning!"

"The appointment was made within 2 days of contacting them. The technician (Brian) was punctual for a 7:30 am appointment. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system. He found some issues that had been previously overlooked by former HVAC technicians and provided me with a very detailed understanding of what the outlook for my unit should be in the future. I noticed an immediate improvement in the cooling of the house as well as the air quality. I can't thank this company and this technician enough for being so professional in the way they conduct their business. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service."

"I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

"Y&M did a great job cleaning our air ducts and adding UV system. Very thorough and professional. Excellent service and plan to use again."

"My AC cut out in 90 degree heat the same day we were expecting 4 guests for several days. I called about 9-10 other places before having the good fortune to find Wilson. None of theme could come same day for my emergency, most not for almost a week. Wilson saved my skin. He was johnny on the spot, arriving within 2 hours, got the job done fast, and was very likeable to boot. He's my HVAC guy from now on, and I strongly recommend you try him too."

"This is one business that knows what service is about, and sharing with the customer the service to be done and sticking to the quote. AVI is personable and really knows that a job well done is worth doing. Hard working, thorough and methodical, these are the elements I want when hiring outside expertise and AVI delivered. I liked this service and I liked AVI like a true relative. Our lives are changed thanks to their dedication and craft. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My family has been fighting allergies since we moved in, 20 years! These professionals came early and took their time. They found one of my ducts filled with lots of trash that was pushed in during a recent renovation to our bedroom, they fixed it. I had insulation in my exchange area-they removed it. They cleaned and disinfected all of my ducts, cleaned my furnace and dryer vent. When they left you could not tell they had even been there. They will be the only ones I will use in the future!"

"Sears installed our new dryer and did a terrible job- there was a gas leak. Mike’s Plumbing Service came out, showed me what Sears did wrong and fixed it. They were extremely knowledgeable, and were able to fix the problem in the same day. We are very happy with the service!"

"Big thumbs up to Ryan and crew! Handled my new install with professionalism and great communication. I took advantage of CT Rebate and Fed Tax Credit and purchased an efficient, 1st model year, high tech system from Carrier. After install there were some minor issues with unit as first year products have. Ryan expedited service of unit and had it operational. And itâ s been running flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend using them and Iâ ve been in the service business for 30+ years and know both good and badâ ¦ they are good! *Side note: Ct rebate program not that good. From what I hear people are not getting appropriate amounts due back to them.. that includes me. You have to keep after them. This is in no way a reflection of Kellyâ s Heating and Cooling"
