I highly recommend using them and Iâ ve been in the service business for 30+ years and know both good and badâ ¦ they are good! *Side note: Ct rebate program not that good. From what I hear people are not getting appropriate amounts due back to them.. that includes me. You have to keep after them. This is in no way a reflection of Kellyâ s Heating and Cooling"
