Best window pros near Hamden, CT

"After reading the excellent reviews of Goodfellows Windows, I reached out to the company for a quote. Gary, the owner, came to my house and quoted an amazingly affordable figure. We decided to replace every window in the house including a large bay window. We also replaced a sliding glass door off of our family room, a outside door leading to our deck, and a front door unit consisting of a door and a glass window with internal shades. Because of Covid 19, our order took longer than projected. This was not the fault of Goodfellows. Our sliding door, deck door, and front door were put in first. The workers, Phil and Orlando took meticulous care to make sure everything fit perfectly. The windows finally arrived in early July and were installed over a three day period. There was a total of 28 windows. Some installation required extra work, but this was accomplished by the highly skilled team of Phil and Orlando. Gary was onsite during the entire procedure. I cannot overemphasize my satisfaction with the job performed. They even removed all my blinds and reinstalled them after the windows were put in. Get quotes from every company you want, but I guarantee that you will choose to hire Goodfellows Windows for your project. They are the BEST."

"I would give Mike 10 stars if I could! He is meticulous. No detail left undone. Punctual, courteous, friendly, professional. My windows look amazing - better than I expected my older windows could look. This is definitely the beginning of a yearly relationship."

"I highly recommend Proedge for windows. The quality of the windows and representatives are stellar. You wonâ t be disappointed."

"Second time hiring Action windows and I wish I could hire them for everything. Where it counts us if you have an issue and how it's handle. Small. Problem was handled asap and they even sent manufacturer out right away to repair it. Said they would do it themselves if necessary. Wonderful superb company to work with. You won't be sorry. I look forward to siding next with Action windows and siding."

"Very well!! Brian did a great job installing 4 custom blinds in my home. Brian measured the rest of our widows and offered sound advice on how to accurately order blinds for them. I highly recommend Brian for his handyman services."

"I appreciated their knowledge about my specific 1992 Marvin window."

"We hired Mike last fall for a major project of removing 26 large multi-sized contemporary windows, and to replace them with new construction windows. A massive and daunting task when considering the scope of the project. He and his proficient work crew did an exemplary job finalizing the project beyond our expectations. We appreciated his ongoing communication, professional skills, attention to detail, the cleanliness of the worksite, and respect for our home. He completed the project, within the budget, which was a fair and competitive price and in a timely manner. Mike takes pride in his work, and no corners are cut. We recently rehired Mike to replace 3 multi-paneled sliding glass doors with stationary side panels which was also done equally well. We would highly recommend Goodman Builders to anyone seeking professional work, a knowledgeable, skilled, and respectful work crew, and value for your dollar."
