"We are very happy with the work that Bath Planet did with our recent bath-to-shower conversion. Sheldon is a great worker and did all of this amazing work HIMSELF. The job included removing a 1920s-era cast iron bathtub, replacing the subfloor, and installing the shower panels, fixtures, and glass doors. He is a quality craftsman and it looks excellent. The only small problem was a leak which we found during our first use of the shower. Sheldon came out later that same day and fixed it -- all is dry (where it's supposed to be!). The men were all friendly, professional, and efficient, and they did their best to minimize water damage when testing the heating system. They kept drywall cutting as small as possible, and they cleaned up their work-sites. I found the price fair, particularly given that three plumbers worked for three hours of overtime, and they started working as soon as they came in the door. The fact that they came the same day because it was an emergency was PRICELESS. I'd contacted half a dozen plumbing services who told me I'd have to wait anywhere from two days to a week or longer without heat or water ... in January."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."
